Crecer Capacitación Forestal was founded in 2005 in response to the rapid growth of mechanized harvesting operations in Uruguay. Forestry Service Companies understood that they needed to train and professionalize their Harvesting personnel and CRECER became the natural choice for them.

With the support of ROMAN S.A a pioneer company in mechanized Harvesting Equipment and Maintenance Service and exclusive dealer for John Deere Forestry Equipment, Peterson (and other world leading brands in their field), CRECER grew to establish an excellent staff of instructors and a name of its own.

Nowadays CERCER counts with train personnel and Staff, state of the art training technology, and a wide variety of training programs, both for Operators and Field Technicians.

CRECER is located in the city of Young, in the Rio Negro Province, one of the main forestry focus areas in the country that hubs the forestry training for South America.

The quality of our training programs and the skills of our staff of Instructors, has allowed CRECER to train more than 300 students from all parts of South America including Uruguay, Chile, Argentina, Ecuador, Venezuela and Brazil.
