CRECER Capacitación Forestal Crecer is teamed up with excellent Instructors with vast experience both in the mechanized forestry field and in the training field.

Using both, highly trained Instructors, and state of the art training technology such as Forestry Equipment Simulators and specialized tools, CRECER is able to train operators and Field Technicians to enter the Forestry industry with certain distinctive characteristics of their own:

· A good knowledge of mechanized harvesting operations

· High commitment to their jobs

· High levels of skills and knowledge in the Electrical, Hydraulic and Software areas.

· High levels of understanding in areas such as Safety, Environmental Science and First Aid.
