Formación de Operadores (Empresas)

Course Objective:

This module continues with the initial training and it is fundamental for the correct performance of the Operator. Both in theory and in practice this module is aimed to improve the simultaneous movements and soften the crane movements. The Operator will perform different exercises with the harvester head and with the Forwarder Grapple to lower the overall operating time.

To whom is it oriented:
To people between 22 to 35 years of age involved in mechanized forestry operations interested in improving their operations skills. Applicants need to have approved the Initial Operator Training program to be eligible for this course.

Classroom Material:
Training Manual and CD

Work load Classroom and Sim. Training:
40 hours (5 days)
Field Training Work load: 40 hours (5 days)

Day 2 – CONTROL SYSTEMS 2

Day 3 – MAINTENANCE


 

  • Preventive Maintenance: 10, 50, 250, 500, 1000 y 2000 hours.
  • Predictive Maintenance
  • Corrective Maintenance. Repairing BOPs
